Done

Now it is finished, except for the grabber clip I'll put in the top corner to keep the corner tightly closed. Knobs are on, trim on, all that's left is paint.

Those magnetic clasps are nice. I like them because they don't have a loud "click" when you close the cabinet door, especially nice when someone wants to raid the pantry for a snack late at night. The pantry looks great; I'm sure you can't wait to fill it! What color will you paint it? I like the new title picture. Is that ginseng?

Its beautiful. I'm impressed. My hubby does a lot of wood work, I have many original pieces around the house. I love them.

Thanks, Diane. I've found that I also enjoy woodwork and am now looking forward to building more things around the house, too!

Joyce, I like the magnetic ones too and especially because they're quiet, lol. If I can find a strong enough one, that's what I'll get. I'm not sure about the color, yet. The other cabinet is painted an antique yellow-white, and I'm not sure I like it because I have white appliances. So I might have to with a little more saturated color.

Joyce, the title picture is of dogwood. That's next year's bloom already waiting for spring, I think.

I agree it turned out really nice. I like the look of wood so, for me, I wouldn't paint it!

Pantry is lovely. I like the grain of wood, so I'd finish with something clear and water resistant. I knew the photo was dogwood as I have a yard full ofthem . It is the only pretty color I have this year after the ice storm earlier.
