I laid down on them and just rested there and it felt almost as good as Bobbie Sue (the dog) must feel when she lays in the creek to cool off, lol.Roxannhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16716381674721778467noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32529410.post-13118563618632064252009-07-11T09:27:51.019-05:002009-07-11T09:27:51.019-05:00'looking good Roxanne. I tiled my entire house 10 or 12 years ago.

I would not use tile today, but that is a prefernce of age and comfort. I enjoy walking and standing on softer, rather than harder, surfaces.

Today, I would do the house with a softer material. But, it is personal prefernce, and your tile floor looks great. .....bobAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32529410.post-71054287974557942682009-07-09T15:59:03.214-05:002009-07-09T15:59:03.214-05:00I wish I could take credit for how nice they look,...I wish I could take credit for how nice they look, but that belongs to Eric Hartwell. He's doing a great job and they look wonderful. For anyone who needs construction/remodeling work in the Kingston, AR area, Hartwell Construction is who I'd recommend.

Flowerweaver, is your kitchen floor still doing good? I had a lot of conflicting advice as to whether I should use tile or not. The house is off the ground so it might crack one day. But I love the look of it so much, I don't really care if it cracks.Roxannhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16716381674721778467noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32529410.post-27251614702529138702009-07-09T15:31:10.982-05:002009-07-09T15:31:10.982-05:00Nice job! I'm so happy you are finally getting to use some of your new house!flowerweaverhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14903201215823510915noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32529410.post-87268196079113849502009-07-08T22:47:48.894-05:002009-07-08T22:47:48.894-05:00Good idea about the sealing. Be sure to seal the grout though to keep spills from staining.Joyce Paskihttp://www.swampcreekfarm.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.com
